A: Clear, high-resolution images with good lighting and contrast work best. Photos with distinct subjects and sharp details engrave beautifully. If you’re unsure, feel free to send it over — we’ll let you know if it's a good fit.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Most orders are engraved and shipped within 5–7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen method at checkout.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Yes, expedited shipping is available during checkout. If you have a specific deadline, contact us before ordering — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: Because each piece is custom-made, we don’t accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the engraving, please reach out — we’ll make it right.

Q: What if I made a mistake in my order?

A: Contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started engraving yet, we’ll update your order. Once engraving has begun, changes may not be possible.
